Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, shipping times and delivery performance are outside our control. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us at info@magicyou.co and we will do our best to assist.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@magicyou.co with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
